How we handle your information

What we collect
Account details you give us (name, mobile number, email, business information), content you publish (business profile, products, requirements, offers), and technical information such as your IP address and device type for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate your account, show your business to other members according to your privacy settings, deliver notifications you asked for, prevent fraud, and produce aggregate statistics about the network.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not display your phone number, email, WhatsApp or address to anyone whose access level you have not allowed in Privacy settings. We do not read private messages for advertising.
Verification documents
Documents uploaded for business verification are stored outside the public web folder and are visible only to authorised verification staff. They are never shown on your public profile.
Your controls
You can edit or delete your content, change every visibility setting, sign out of other devices, or request account deletion by writing to us from your registered email address.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and an optional "remember me" cookie if you choose it. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
