Refund Policy

Memberships

Paid memberships may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no premium promotion has been delivered (featured placement, published social campaign or designed creative). After 7 days, or once promotion work has been delivered, memberships are non-refundable.

Events

Event tickets can be refunded up to 72 hours before the event start time. Within 72 hours the ticket may be transferred to another member instead. If Bodi Connect cancels an event, every paid registration is refunded in full.

Advertising and campaigns

Advertising slots and social campaigns are refundable only if they have not yet been scheduled or published.

How to request

Raise a support ticket under the Payment category from your dashboard, or email us. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
